Many bloggers writing on  tightwaddery, even those confident enough to give themselves frugal nicknames, are really rather modest in their tightwad ways. They are quick to point out areas in which they remain mainstream (think mocking the washing of ziplock bags) as if to reassure readers that being frugal need not mean a major lifestyle change.  So I have set out to write this blog to provide tightwad information to the brave souls unafraid to buck the norm in a quest to save money.
